Specifications of Rife Hand Pumps

There are 5 components to a Hand Pump System:

  1. Pump Stand-- This Pump Stand has a built-in surge chamber, piston rod and packing nut, adjustable strokes, and a multi-position cap. Use with Windmill, Pump Jack or Hand Pump use. (Part # 10BHP)
  2. Sealed Pipe Flange-- Attaches Pump Base to well casing. Available in 4" (SPF-4), 5" (SPF-5), and 6" (SPF-6) sizes.
  3. 7/16" Pump Rod Threaded and Coupled-- Connects the pump stand to the cylinder.7/16" Rod Coupling.
  4. Cylinders: Solid brass cylinders with a brass check valve and a two leather brass plunger.  (see table below)
  5. Drop Pipe—1 ¼" PVC or Galvanized (recommended). Call for pricing

Note: The above numbers were calculated based upon 50 lbs. of pressure applied perpendicular to the pump handle. The numbers also include the hydraulic lift with 10% added for friction and weight of rod at minimum mechanical advantage which occurs at mid-stroke.

With the Spout to Hose adapter you can pump the water wherever you need it. So there is no need to carry the water, just run a garden hose from the pump to your destination. The screen will filter out any debris that may be in the water.
